Annapurna Base Camp, Nepal @14,000ft. For scale, that ice on the far side was about 5 miles (8km) out. If you listened closely, you could hear the glaciers cracking under the warmth of the morning sun. We did not get to see the mountain tops that day, the soundscape made up for it
